When I asked Paul and Donna why they do what they do and how they can best help people during the Holidays and into the New Year, this is what Paul shared with me:

“Donna and l have a passion to please and, although we have full time jobs during the week, we started our passion, Schmecken BBQ, to bring people amazing experiences for their weddings and special events – and include roasting whole pigs, chickens, salmon on a plank and many other meats on site with phenomenal side dishes…and desserts like our famous Dutch Apple Pie.

 When you hire us you get that local, one-on-one service that is based not on profit but rather on a true love for what we do.  We were both given a second chance in life you make a difference and that is what we love to do.  To make a difference through our passion for food and family.  We are already booking Weddings and events for the 2017 season and will be part of the Multicultural Festival at Riverside Park in June 2017.  Please come over and say hello!!
