Happy February!
As the month comes to a close, I am just BLOWN AWAY with the awesomeness!!
I competed in my first Toastmasters Speech contest for my Speed River Toastmasters Chapter – what an experience!! Such talent and amazingness 🙂 Three of my fellow members moved on to the next level and I could not be prouder of them!
And, being a February Baby, I got to celebrate for almost the entire month with my amazing family, lovely and special friends and colleagues. My heart is so very full with the love I was shown by so many people. And what an amazing day it was 🙂
AND finally, on Family Day, I was honoured to be a speaker at the Kitchener MoMondays along with 5 other phenomenal speakers and a fantastic Mo-Host, Jackie Thomas! I was incredibly fortunate to have some of my very best friends there to support me as I spoke about my journey of discovering the importance of truly loving and accepting myself and how vital it is to be truly accepted and loved by others for one more day at a time 🙂 And truly loved and accepted I am…
This is truly just the beginning of an amazing 2017 and I cannot wait for all of the adventures we will be blessed enough to share together in the coming months while Spring turns to Summer and snowstorms fade into the distant past…:) Bring on the sun…though a few more days of skating at Market Square in Downtown Guelph would be okay too 🙂 #Guelph #HomeSweetHome #Grateful
