Kristen is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist who specializes in coaching clients toward an Ancestral diet that will improve performance, health levels, and overall well being. She uses her expertise to pin point nutritional imbalances and supports you through making lasting life changes.

Kristen is always pursuing leading edge education in the fields of natural health, ancestral healing and the study of food. In addition to graduating from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition, Kristen has completed studies in Herbalism, body care and the energy healing modality, Body Harmonization©.

Being the owner/operator of Le Darra, Kristen works one on one with her clients creating goal oriented nutritional plans. Kristen also designs and produces all natural, hand made body lotions and soaps.
