Bill, Buyer and Seller in Guelph

I leaped into the RE market with what I thought was a simple requirement: sell my house and downsize into a condo. But due to market conditions in Guelph; my naivety as to “tidying up” a place I’ve lived in for over 15 years; plus my needing to be abroad on a particular schedule, this turned into a complex project that dragged on for over 6 months. I was extremely grateful for Krystal’s patience with my situation — I wasn’t pushed into anything I wasn’t comfortable with — for her ability to rapidly deal with problems that cropped up (like arranging a mower, garden waterer, and tradespeople to do repairs), and for her professional judgment about pricing and presenting my house. I was not able to be in the country for the showing and sale, so it was a great comfort to have that handled competently. I literally had to e-sign some documents and that was it. So I can say that I was extremely pleased to have discovered Krystal (at the annual Guelph Civic Leaders Prayer Breakfast) and been able to trust her with my RE needs.
